My Barcelona Kitchen

Eating, living and dreaming in Spain

About the book

In 2003 I packed up my family, swapped Sydney for Barcelona and, four months later, accidentally opened a restaurant. This book is what I learnt along the way: over 100 recipes from Spanish markets, tapas bars and friends' kitchens – from crispy croquetas to a proper seafood paella – with the stories, mishaps and long lunches that turned a new city into home.

Hardcover, 240 pages. Photography by Sophie Ruggles & Carla Coulson. First published by Murdoch Books, 2012.
